Looking for a Customer Service Executive for a cleaning services Company:

– Timings: 8 AM to 6 PM.

– Weekly 6 days.

– Location- Abu Dhabi

– Salary- AED 2000 to 2800.

Requirement

– Answer calls professionally to provide information about services.

– Follow up with the customers and address to their queries.

-Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

– coordinate with the cleaners and the clients.

– Handle the cleaning Team

– Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.

Salary: AED2,300.00 – AED2,800.00 per month
